What Are Google Search Links in Blogger?

This new beta feature automatically identifies keywords and phrases in your blog posts and adds search links that direct readers to related Google search results. This helps readers learn more and keeps them engaged.

How to Use Google Search Links on Blogger

🔹 Step 1: Sign in to Blogger

Go to https://www.blogger.com and log in with your Google account.

🔹 Step 2: Open Your Post in Compose View

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click on Posts.

  3. Choose the post you want to edit.

  4. Click Edit to open the post in Compose View.

🔹 Step 3: Look for the 🖉 Pencil Icon

  • At the top-right corner of the Compose editor, you'll see a Pencil icon.

  • This icon represents the Google Search Links beta feature.

🔹 Step 4: Click the Pencil Icon to Enable Search Links

  • Click on it.

  • Blogger will automatically scan your post and highlight keywords.

  • It will suggest search links based on those keywords.

🔹 Step 5: Review the Suggestions

  • You can accept or reject each suggested link.

  • If you're not happy with a link, click on it to edit or remove it.

🔹 Step 6: Save or Publish Your Post

  • After reviewing, click Save or Update.

  • Once published, readers can click the search-linked text to explore more on Google.

Pro Tip:

Use this feature sparingly. Don’t overload your post with too many links—it might distract readers or seem spammy.

Still Can’t See the Feature?

  • It’s a beta, so it may not be available to all users yet.

  • Try using Google Chrome and ensure you’re in Compose View (not HTML view).

  • If it’s not showing, wait for it to roll out or check Blogger Help Forum for updates.
